Cobute supplied a commercial site at Rivergate, Aska Property Group's latest mixed use commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential development on Sandown Road, Parklands. This commercial project consists of four business units, managed by Structural Survey.

Installation of the Cobute precast stairs at Rivergate

The four Cobute precast stairs included an intermediate landing, realised with the innovative and patented rib and panel system. The modular interlocking technology does not only allow for quick installation on site, but also for monolithic connections between the different elements, which can be cast in one pour, with substantial concrete savings.

The risers are provided while the thread is cast on site.
