Willowbridge Village is a lifestyle centre in Cape Town's Northern Suburb, owned and managed by FPG Property Fund. The centre houses an eclectic variety of retailers that bring quality and convenience to the discerning shopper, with anchors such as Food Lover's Market, Checkers and Builders Warehouse.

The Mall set out to revamp the space where Dros was located, to prepare for two new retail tenants to move in. This structural face lift was headed by Pr.Engineer Alan Hendrie, who has also been designing the Cobute precast shutters for slab since the system's early days

8m span was specified for this commercial project.

For these commercial alterations, Cobute supplied its patented slab system (interlocking rib and panels) for a total of 150sqm. Pr. Alan Hendrie designed the Cobute slab at 280mm thickness, with a span of 8.20m. Thermal and acoustic insulation were also considered during the planning, since the Cobute slab ensures an R Value equal to 0.49 for a 280mm slab. Moreover, the decking holds a Fire Certificate rating of 150 minutes for a 230 mm thick slab.
