House Odette made use of the full Cobute precast concrete system, integrating the use of the stair, beam and decking system. This residential project was installed and poured in 5 working days, which included the installation by the electrician and plumber.

A NO-WASTAGE APPROACH TO BUILDING

 Cobute has a no-wastage approach to building; minimal timber shuttering is required and reusable props are used; polystyrene blocks are delivered to site cut to the required dimensions.
