HOUT BAY | ADDITIONS AND ALTERATIONS

House Momsen is a residential project in Hout Bay designed by Pr.Engineer Alan Hendrie. These residential additions consisted of the construction of the garage and decking, using the Cobute system for beams and decking as main structural elements.

The Cobute Beams and slabs were the main structural elements for the decking over the garage.
