Kenilworth | Extensions to MLT Drives offices

Cobute supplied its precast concrete slab and staircase  for the extensions to MLT Drives office blocks, located in Kenilworth, Cape Town. 

Besides offering an elevated R Value for thermal insulation, the Cobute slab is fire-resistant for 150 minutes.

MLT Drive is the oldest designer and manufacturer of solar hybrid inverter systems in Southern Africa, founded by Michel Malengret in 1986. Having common interests and comitment in alternative and renewable energy, we are very proud for having been selected for this project.
