More Quarters Hotel is a luxury boutique hotel tucked away in the heart of Gardens, Cape Town, with a charm that gives visitorsa taste of the urban life in the Mother City in a unique setting, set back from the bustle.
This hospitality haven, which received a whopping rating by the UK newspaper The Telegraph, is expanding its premises. These additions have been designed by Inovic Structural Design, which specified the Cobute precast shutters for slab for 114 sqm.

The decking system was favoured for its lightness (97kg/sqm) as well as for the distribution of services, eased by the use of polystyrene void formers.
Cobute's decking system can be used in residential and commercial projects alike, with designs that differ according to the loads.
