BELHAR | STUDENT HOUSING

Student Housing in Belhar, designed by Architect Gordon Hart and Str. Engineer Richard Egan is the latest residential project by Master Builders Gorrie and Findlay. The structure consists a four-block 1,286 bed student housing development.

For the entrance to the housing unit, Gorrie and Findlay have chosen the Cobute systems for slab, beams and stairs, designed by Pr.Engineer Ugo Rivera.

The staircase was designed 1.60m wide.

Cobute has supplied Gorrie and Findaly's projects with its integrated structural elements for Mandaley Shopping Centre and Erica Square and the concrete shutters have proved their structural benefits, beating installation and casting timings on site.
