PARKLANDS | HOUSE COETZEE

House Coetzee is a dwelling in Parkland by Devbark Construction, designed by Labrum & Associates Engineer Studio. To ensure a strong, monolithic connection between the elements and a long-lasting structure, the Cobute precast elements for slab, beam and stairs were chosen.

The slab was supplied both in the Cobute traditional rib and panel system and beam-in-slab, to reinforce the slab for walls on the first floor. The Cobute precast shutters for beams and stairs were also used, ensuring an integrated structure cast in just one pour, therefore avoiding cold joints.

Devbark Construction started using the Cobute shutters with residential projects in 2017, and was extremely so pleased  to renew their commitment to high-quality structural performance.
