SEA POINT | PRECAST BEAMS FOR ALTERATIONS

Cobute supplied it unique L beams for a  project in Sea Point Cape Town. The two upright beams have been used to bridge new windows opening in this quaint residence.  The two beams were 280 x 380 and 280 x 300, both 3.63 m long. 

Phase two includes installation of Cobute rib and panel slab system (H200) - the subcontractor for the job is Elcon Construction .
