For this residential project, Cobute precast supplied 95 m² of its unique and light slab system, alongside 29.50 linear metres of precast beams.
29 perforated panels were supplied to accommodate downlighters, for ease of electrical service installation.
It took 3 working days from installation to pouring. The integration of the decking and beam system ensured a cost and time effective solution for a strong and eco-friendly superstructure.
The sketch shows how the precast beam integrates with the precast decking (panels and ribs) to create a structurally sound and monolithic second floor slab.
