For this residential project (90 square metres), Modulo system was chosen as the preferred foundation designed by Pr. Engineer Ugo Rivera, with the Installation and casting phases taking a total of two days. The client specifically requested Modulo foundation after having observed the high-quality product and service offered by Cobute and Geoplast at Hampton Place Residential with Sellesa Properties.

The Cobute slab system was specified by Pr.Engineer Mark Labrum, with the supply of perforated panels with galvanized boxes to accommodate light points.
