DARLING | HOUSE CYRUS

No place is too far for a Cobute precast structure to rise safe and sound!

Pr.Engineer Mark Labrum has recently designed House Cyrus, a two-storey residential dwelling in Darling, located in the heart of the Cape Floral Region in the Western Cape, 75km from Cape Town.

The Cobute precast elements for beams, slabs and stairs were specified, to guarantee a monolithic structure with the principal reinforcement added at the factory. Installation of these elements is modular, mimicking a real-life LEGO.

Installation is in progress and the post will be updated as developments happen.
