The residential project, which enjoys majestic mountain views, is developing over two phases, the first of which includes the construction of a garage that also functions as the entrance of the house. For this purpose, Cobute manufactured 50 smq of precast slab as per Engineer's specifications, as well as 1m precast beam and a staircase.

Installation of the Cobute elements requires minimum shuttering, with centre points depending on spans; moreover, the process requires very limited timber use, not only ensurig a neater site, but also savings. When used together like in this project, the elements can be cast together in one pour, with noticeable time and concrete savings.
The next phase is scheduled to start at the end of June, and this post will be updated with developments.
