The Cobute precast system was used at a site in Mekboss, with subcontractor Alan Daley.
BRIEF: The client wanted to extend the house, adding a first floor and a staircase.
Cobute supplied its full precast system, with its precast concrete decking, beams at first floor level, precast staircase and eaves beams. Galvanized boxes for downlighters was also supplied, with great joy of the electrician, as it made service installation faster.
