Cobute is the appointed supplier for this first floor residential structure in Nieuwoudtville, in the Northern Cape. Nieuwoudtville is a popular destination in South Africa especially during the wild flower season, especially for its bulbs, being located in the fascinating Karoo plein.
For this project, Cobute added value with its structural expertise providing its precast shutters for stairs (width 1400), beams (280 x 500) and slabs (180smq), carrying out Engineer's design and being responsible for site management supervision for the structural elements.
