TABLE VIEW | RESIDENTIAL ALTERATIONS

This private client opted for the Cobute beam and slab integration for the creation of a braai area.  The slab included perforated panels and galvanized boxes to assist with the installation of downlights, without the need to drill into the concrete. 

Galvanized boxes are cast into panels to ease installation of electrical services

The beam and the slab together ensured structural integration between the elements.

Props support the structure for two weeks after casting, unless specified by the Engineer
