Parklands | East Gate Phase 1

East Gate, a residential development by Sellesa Properties in Parklands, marks the fourth project in which Modulo has been chosen as preferred foundation system. The formwork, manufactured by Geoplast in 100% recycled polypropylene, protects the structure from rising humidity, which leads to cracking and mold in the structure. The system's installation is also very quick, due to the elements' modularity and the minimal excavation, compared to any other foundation systems.

Modulo Installation is quick and easy as the elements are light to manoeuvre and interlock with precision. 

Phase 1 consisted of 23 single-storey units, whose foundations were completed in less than 4 weeks.

Sellesa Properties has been using Modulo since January 2017 at Hampton Place, a residential development in Parklands, for the formwork's innovative structural advantages.
